Delivery of live cultures without icepack

Your product natto is required to be kept in fridge or freezer. I purchase your natto and two other products that also had live cultures that require fridge or freezer temperature. I receive this delivery today, in a regular box with no ice pack, and it was left on my porch in 30 celcius weather. The delivery person did not knock or ring my doorbell and I didn't pick delivery until 5 hours later.

Didn’t know how to use. Came with no English instructions. Did not work

Natto starter culture

I have been using Natto starter for a couple of years and so glad to purchase it here in Canada. I ferment the starter for 24 hours on soya beans after they are cooked. The soya bean ferment aids digestion and keeps me regular. The Natto ferment has an acquired taste so add a small amount of mustard and soya sauce to aid ingestion. Natto beans keep me healthy.
