About the Authors

As a child, he fell in love with culinary experiments. David Côté is the tireless eco-entrepreneur who previously made us salivate with Crudessence, Rise Kombucha, Loop Juice, and five cookbooks. He has two goals in life: to spread the good mood and make the world a better place (taste-wise).

The ultimate mission of his partner Sébastien Bureau, a mad, yet skilled fermentation scientist, is to ferment everything that can be fermented within the limits of our galaxy.

We owe this druid and fermentation guru, among other things, the recipe for Rise Kombucha, the most widely consumed kombucha in Canada.
