FREE SHIPPING

We ship free of charge all orders over $95 to Canada and the United States. Certain remote destinations (such as Nunavut and Yukon) are excluded from free shipping.

Please note that taxes, as well as discounts, are excluded from this amount. In particular, free shipping applies only if the total amount of your order exceeds $95 after applying discounts. 

For example, if you receive a 10% discount and apply it to a purchase of $96 (before taxes), your actual purchase is $96 - 10%. This order therefore does not qualify for free shipping.

SHIPPING SPEED AND TRACKING

Your order will generally be shipped within 1 to 2 BUSINESS DAYS from our warehouse in Longueuil, QC, Canada.

Most orders shipped to the Quebec-Toronto corridor arrive 1 to 3 business days after the order has been paid for.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your package is expedited.

CARRIER

Our packages are shipped by Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, Obibox, Nationex and ChitChats. You can receive it at home and, if you are not home, you can pick it up at the post office or the nearest drop-off location.

If you choose free shipping, we will select the most suitable carrier for you.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

The shipping address will be the one you entered in the shopping cart.

We strongly recommend that you check the accuracy of your address before finalizing your order. No manual entry is made by us. Therefore, if a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the reshipment to the correct address will be done at your expense, even if the package initially qualified for free shipping.

If you prefer to cancel the order, it will be refunded, minus the shipping costs incurred in both directions.

To change the address of a parcel being shipped, you will need to contact the carrier in charge. Once the parcel has left our warehouse, no change of address is possible on our part.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

Most of our products will not be affected by extreme temperatures (heatwaves or freezing temperatures), but some may be.

Consequently, a refund, credit or replacement may be granted if a product is altered by weather conditions during transport. However, it is important to emphasize the customer’s responsibility to collect their parcel as soon as possible on the day of delivery, to avoid leaving the parcel exposed to extreme temperatures.l
