Kefir, a probiotic fermented milk whose origins date back more than 4000 years, is packed with vitamin B1, B12, calcium, folate and vitamin K2.

Do good for your health with 100 billion live and active bacteria per 100g serving of homemade kefir!

Once fermented, your kefir will keep for 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.

Easy Starter

Excellent product!

I have used Yogourmet Kefir Starter for several years now, however this is my first time using the new formulation of 3 g instead of the 5 g, that was used by the previous owners. I was wondering if the new formulation would be as good as the old one was. I even bought some extra of the old formulation, just in case. Fortunately, it turned out just as great as the previous formulation and I was really happy with the result. Revolution Fermentation also did a great job handling my order.

Maltodextrine ?

Je partage entièrement l'opinion de Julie et je tiens à préciser que l'indice glycémique de la Maltodextrine est supérieur à celui du sucre blanc, qui est d'environ 70. Malheureusement, à cause de mon oubli de vérifier la liste des ingrédients, je vais devoir renoncer à mes deux boîtes de kéfir et de yogourt. Cela dit, je suis quand même heureuse de ne pas les avoir utilisés.
