Quality kit! Can’t wait to start

Excited!

I purchased the basic miso kit, as I already have a fermentation jar. Shipment was fast and everything was packed nicely. The instructions that came with the kit were easy to follow. Now, I just have to wait patiently for the miso to ferment. So happy to have found a Canadian company that sells the inoculated rice and soy beans. My goal is to improve my gut biome and making my own unpasteurized miso is just the ticket.

A+ very happy.
